It’s not exactly clear what someone would need 1600W of power for, but if you do the Seasonic Prime TX-1600 can provide it. With so much juice flowing through it, it’s nice to know that it achieves an efficiency of 94.29% at 50% load, and at 1895W peak load it maintains an efficiency of 93.85%. It also won’t deafen you when it’s running, reaching a maximum noise level of 35.9 DbA with the fan on full blast.
As for the quality of power, Kitguru measured very tight ripple suppression, and load regulation within 1%. Seasonic is so confident in the TX-1600 that they offer a 12-year warranty.
