This news explains why the Arc A770 LE remains « out of stock » at newegg, and obviously won’t be returning, outside of the inflated third-party sellers. Already on Amazon the A770 LE is $455. It was great while it lasted, but if you were on the fence about buying one, you’ll be hard-pressed to find one even at the non-discount price of $369.99 USD.
While other partners may yet emerge (I’m looking at you EVGA!), the current reality is that only two vendors – ASRock and Acer (BIWIN) – make an Arc A770 card. Prices are good, with ASRock Phantom Gaming Arc A770 just $310.50 at Neweggand the Acer Predator BiFrost Arc A770 currently $339.99 on Newegg. We’ll see how long the A770 GPUs remain available, as Intel seems focused on promoting the A750 these days (based on their recent Tweets).
