It must be mostly patched up at this point, right?
CD Projekt Red released Cyberpunk 2077 as a rush job much earlier than it should have, at the time of release it was almost more bug than game. This has changed since the release, with most of the issues fully resolved and the game now really worth playing. Obviously they learned a lesson, as the first DLC is only showing now. This bodes well for its playability from day one, let’s hope there are no unforeseen consequences in the main campaign once Phantom Liberty is installed.
Similar to The Witcher DLC, the mission that activates Phantom Liberty will unlock at a certain point during the main campaign, and you can then start it whenever you want. Just like the main game, it will have a number of different endings, and at least one of these endings triggers a new ending for the main game.
It will be released on September 26 for $30.
