The carte blanche for a special build?
There are many cases that allow you to showcase your vertically mounted GPU and the ZOTAC GAMING GeForce RTX 4060 8GB Twin Edge OC White Edition is designed for that. A system with a white motherboard and case would look nice with a matching GPU, or it might offer contrast with a different color system.
Of course, this being an RTX 4060, there will be some performance concerns. While the Twin Edge OC White Edition is Zotac’s fastest RTX 4060, the actual overclocking isn’t much to get excited about. The 2490 MHz Boost clock is just 60 MHz faster than stock, and memory is 17 GHz as standard. The FPS review has some good news though, as they found they could hit 20.5GHz for the memory and set a Boost clock of 2680MHz, which translated to an average of 2955MHZ in the game. This has had an effect on frames in games, which you can see in detail here.
